INCOACH

We're Incoach, Finland’s leading esports coaching company, aiming to enable efficient and progressive esports training for everyone interested.

Our services can be found in schools all around Finland. Incoach’s experienced coaching reaches over 100 students weekly and works as a big enabler for many potential young players. We want to encourage and help schools, sports clubs and companies to enter esports world of nearly limitless possibilities.

Our services are flexible and suit all kinds of operators. We work with over 15 educational institutes while also coaching teams and individuals. Our coaching also offers engaging and improving hobbies to the younger gaming generation.

Supervised gaming

Supervised gaming means regular gaming in groups with friends, in presence of a supervisor. It often includes different group tasks that improve social and teamwork skills of the participants. Gaming can be competitive in individual level or team environment. In that situation goal is to maximize performance in-game instead of simply having fun. In most cases supervised gaming is something in-between – youngsters are playing games together learning important skills simultaneously having fun and competing with one another.

Language skills

Games are often in english, which makes the players think of foreign words and find meaning to them.

Hand-eye coordination

When gaming you are actively using both hands One is moving the mouse moving the players character, while the other gives different commands to make the character perform actions in-game. To know what to do the player has to constantly analyze the situation and take different variables into account when making decisions.

Successes

Games are often challenging and have tasks such as reaching certain level or getting from place A to B in a set amount of time. Completion of the tasks often offer the player an in-game reward making them feel good about themselves and offering feeling of accomplishment.

Communication

Esports is often team game and fluent communication with teammates is crucial part of performance. Games are often very fast paced and the ability to communicate clearly and quickly developes.
